A replacement in three steps

Post the class

Choose the class type, location, time and fee. Add a briefing or attachment if the coach needs one.

The right coaches get notified

Only coaches who teach that format, speak the language and live within their driving distance get a notification. Your own coaches first, then the wider pool.

First yes takes the class

The class lands in the coach's calendar. You see who is coming, and new coaches only start after you approved their CV and certificates.

Frequently asked

Can clubs see all coaches in the pool?

No. Clubs see a coach's profile only once that coach responds to their class or vacancy. A coach's address is never shown, only the distance.

How does the contract between club and coach work?

For a vacancy, you agree the contract directly with the club. For replacements, each club has its own framework contract, which the coach signs once in the app.

How fast can a club get started?

Usually within a week. After the demo we set up your logo, colours and classes, and you add your coaches. Then you post your first vacancy or replacement.

What if a coach doesn't show up?

The club reports it with one button. That class isn't invoiced, and the club can withdraw its approval of that coach. Other clubs never see complaints, only active approvals.

How do you know vacancies and profiles are real?

Jinzo checks every vacancy before it goes online, and coaches can report a vacancy that seems off. Coaches confirm their mobile number and clubs approve new coaches themselves. Clubs can report a fake profile.
